Refund Policy

At Freed we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not happy with your scooter, return it within seven days, unused, with proof of purchase for a full, no questions asked refund. Please do note we can not refund shipping costs.

If you have used your scooter gently, have done less than 60km, and bring it back within one month we may consider refunds on a case by case basis. We want you to have the best experience possible. 

We do everything we can to fit every rider to the scooter best suited for their needs, but, we can not offer full refunds for used scooters. 

We are bound by the consumer guarantees act.
