At Freed we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not happy with your scooter, return it within seven days, unused, with proof of purchase for a full, no questions asked refund. Please do note we can not refund shipping costs.
If you have used your scooter gently, we may consider refunds on a case by case basis. We want you to have the best experience possible. We do charge a restocking fee.
We do everything we can to fit every rider to the scooter best suited for their needs, but, we can not offer full refunds for used scooters.
